As we learned about the stages of team collaboration I now face the adjourning stage. This stage is meant for closure and ending on a positive note. I already have faced the adjourning stage many times from my colleagues who started this master’s degree program at the same as me, but are no longer here because they have chosen different paths. I know I may lose other colleagues along the way as they follow their paths for completion, however each one of them have made an imprint on my learning.

It is important that we recognize the growth, progress, and achievements we as a group have accomplished. We have helped each other grow through class discussions, blog post, and comments. I have even received support through emails. I am sincerely thankful to all of you for helping me grow throughout this course and I hope that I have been supportive in return. I look forward to continuing this journey with all of you, but for those who are going a different route, I wish you the best of luck in all your endeavors.
Hey Cynthia,
We did it! Graduation is right around the corner. It's always a pleasure interacting with you by phone as well through our class assignments. Thank you for the guidance, patience with me. Also thank you with the different resources you have provided through your blog. Looking forward with connecting with you in the next class.
Cynthia,
Another class down! We started class together at the onset of COVID and just like so many students, we turned virtual learning into a great opportunity to not only further ourselves, but to find a way to connect with and help others. I could not have asked for a better cohort. Thank you for sharing throughout the course and working to build a better future for families and educators.
Hi Cynthia, thank you so much for all of your support, knowledge, and shared experiences throughout our courses together. It has been so great learning and growing with you. Thank you so much for the shared resources you have helped me with my own self-discovery journey of who I am and who I want to be. I hope we can continue this journey with one another into expanding our knowledge of the early childhood field. Feel free to keep in touch my email is kirsten.manley@yahoo.com. I wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors!
Cynthia,
I have enjoyed working with you yet again throughout the past 8 weeks. Your comments are thought provoking and thorough and I always know that your comments are straight from the heart. I hope that we can work together again soon as I enjoy your conversation very much. I am sure that if we met in "real life," and not just virtually, we would be friends. :)
